  • Upload malicious code, interfere with service availability, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or non-compliant communications through the platform.

Customer and End-User Data

Businesses using Pool Route control the operational and customer data they enter into the platform. You represent that you have all required rights, notices, and consents to use that data in connection with the service.

Communications Compliance

If you use Pool Route to send SMS, email, or other notifications, you are responsible for complying with applicable messaging, privacy, and consumer-protection requirements, including consent and opt-out obligations where required. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Fees and Billing

Paid features and subscriptions may be subject to recurring or one-time fees. By subscribing, you authorize applicable charges under your selected plan. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Availability and Changes

We may update, enhance, suspend, or modify portions of the platform from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pool Route disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pool Route will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the platform, its users, or third parties.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction determined by Pool Route's operating entity, unless otherwise required by law.
